Our client, a manufacturer of medical devices, is looking to hire a Manufacturing Associate in the Clinton, MA area. The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by performing assembly, quality inspection, testing, and production activities. Manufacturing, assembly, quality inspection, or production experience is preferred for this position.
The Day-to-Day:
- Perform basic, standardized, and repetitive manufacturing and assembly operations according to work instructions, visual aids, and quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections of in-process and completed products to ensure conformance with quality requirements.
- Identify defects, errors, or non-conforming materials and communicate issues to appropriate personnel.
- Conduct product testing and verification processes according to established procedures.
- Use scanners, computer systems, and production tracking tools to record information and update production status.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing, assembly, quality inspection, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, visual aids, and basic documentation.
- Ability to use small hand tools and basic computer systems.

- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday
- 12-hour rotating shifts
- 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- or
- 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
