Schedule
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 12-hour shifts | no set schedule
- Rotating weekends required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established care plans
- Monitor, assess, and accurately document patient conditions
- Submit timely clinical updates and progress reports to physicians and care teams
- Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders
- Educate and support patients and families
- Coordinate care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Respond to emergencies with confidence and sound clinical judgment
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure proper equipment sanitation
- Report changes in patient condition promptly
- Promote a respectful, compassionate, and supportive care environment
Preferred Skills & Experience
- IV therapy
- Pediatric and young adult care
- Tracheostomy and G-tube management
- Wound care
- Ventilator experience (preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or diploma in Nursing (or higher)
- Active, unrestricted Florida RN or LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Must pass ACHA Level 2 background screening

- Experience in acute care, rehabilitation, hospital, home health, or hospice
- Strong knowledge of nursing assessments, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must participate in Carewise Solutions Emergency/Disaster Team (A, B, or C)
