What you’ll do
- Greet guests with a warm smile and assist with check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a seamless experience.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel management software while maintaining accurate records.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guests' stay.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to manage incoming calls efficiently.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs effectively.
Basic qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations.
- Familiarity with night audit processes and procedures.
- Experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of guest relations best practices.
