What You'll Do
- Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, accuracy, and pride.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications.
- Work efficiently while maintaining quality during high-volume service.
- Properly label, rotate, and store products using FIFO principles.
- Assist with prep, inventory, receiving, and station setup.
- Communicate effectively with fellow cooks, chefs, and front-of-house staff.
- Help maintain a positive and professional kitchen culture.
- Continuously learn and improve your skills and knowledge of Persian cuisine.

What We're Looking For
- Previous line cook experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation.
- Excellent personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Desire to learn and grow within a developing restaurant group.
