Subcontractor / General Laborer — Interior & Exterior Construction
CRUE Interior & Exterior is looking for dependable, hardworking subcontractors and general laborers to join our growing operation in Columbia, MO and surrounding areas.
We handle a wide range of interior and exterior property improvement projects, including painting, drywall, flooring, power washing, repairs, and general property improvements.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your experience and the project, responsibilities may include:
- Interior and exterior painting
- Drywall installation, patching, hanging and finishing
- Flooring installation and removal
- Power washing and exterior cleaning
- Siding and gutter work
- General construction and property repairs
- Demolition and jobsite cleanup
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Preparing work areas and protecting finished surfaces
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organized jobsite
- Following project specifications and quality standards

Requirements
- Must be dependable and able to communicate
- Must have reliable transportation to jobsites
- Must be physically capable of performing construction/general labor duties
- Must provide your own basic tools for skilled trade work when applicable
- Must maintain professional behavior on customer properties
- Must follow all jobsite safety requirements
