Customer Service/Account Manager
Tursso Companies is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Account Manager to support our growing list of customers. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, professional and energetic team players, highly motivated to provide the very best in customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as primary in-house support for the customer and for outside sales representatives.
- Engage with customers via phone and email to provide order status updates, review order details, answer questions and solve issues.
- Organize sales order information and create internal spec documents.
- Enter orders into Tursso’s order management system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure orders are planned and executed properly and with the highest level of quality.
- Attend daily production meetings.
- Follow procedures and work instructions in accordance with Tursso’s ISO and cGMP Quality
Management System.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of Customer Service/Account Management experience. Print industry experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as data entry for order management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced custom manufacturing environment.
- Trustworthy, reliable and adaptable.
- High School degree or equivalent required. College degree preferred.
This is a full time hourly position – Monday through Friday
