Responsibilities
As our TikTok Livestream Host, you will be the face of RIARA during live shopping events. You'll confidently present our jewelry collections, educate viewers on product features, interact with the audience in real time, and help convert viewers into customers.
- Host lively and interactive TikTok live streams, engaging viewers with compelling storytelling, demonstrations, and Q&A sessions.
- Showcase jewelry by trying on and styling pieces while highlighting their features and versatility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan livestream themes and promotional campaigns.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor viewer feedback and trending topics to optimize content relevance.
- Encourage audience participation through conversations, polls, giveaways, and live promotions.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and best-selling collections.
- Manage real-time interactions by responding to comments, questions, and requests to foster community engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends and e-commerce strategies to maximize content impact.
- Monitor live performance and continuously improve engagement and sales results.
- Represent the RIARA brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in live broadcasting on platforms like TikTok, WhatNot and other video-centric channels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently and authentically.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive presence during live broadcasts.
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera for extended periods.
- Naturally outgoing with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage viewers, build excitement, and encourage purchases.
- Strong sales mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Passion for fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle products.
