High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning or similar
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Able to manage cleaning tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with safe chemical use and storage practices
Strong time-management and organization skills
Able to lift, move, and handle cleaning equipment as needed
Ability to pass required background checks
Clean classrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, shampoo, and maintain floors
Replenish cleaning products, paper goods, and classroom supplies
Remove trash and prepare containers for pickup
Operate custodial equipment safely
Maintain cleaning inventory and request supplies as needed
Clean windows, furniture, fixtures, vents, and academy grounds
Support snow and ice removal when needed
Assist with academy opening and closing tasks
Follow OSHA, safety, Brightside, and regulatory requirements
