I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member at another agency, which gave me valuable experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to build a successful office and support customers well.
I stay involved in the community through the West Shore Young Professionals Organization and value building strong local relationships both personally and professionally.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chris Loeffert - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
