Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Specialists to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort and care of our residents. As a Care Specialist, you will assist with daily living activities, support residents in maintaining their independence, and create a positive atmosphere in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Valid HHA (Home Health Aide), PCA (Personal Care Aide), or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
