A large, well-established primary care organization is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its rapidly expanding outpatient network throughout the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area.
As part of its continued growth, the organization has recently opened 8 brand-new primary care clinics, creating an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join an established healthcare system while helping build thriving new practices. - Monday-Friday

- Ramp up to approximately 17-21 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $125,000–$135,000
- Annual Bonus: 8.33% of Base Salary

Qualifications
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license or eligible for Arizona licensure
- National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Primary Care experience preferred
- Comfortable treating patients ages 0-65
- Comfortable performing annual wellness and women's wellness exams
- Spanish bilingual preferred for most clinic locations
