We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This position will manage personal injury matters from intake through pre-suit resolution, ensuring cases are handled efficiently, clients receive excellent communication, and files continue progressing toward settlement without stagnation.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in negotiating personal injury claims while working collaboratively with case managers, paralegals, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
Responsibilities:-
Manage a portfolio of personal injury pre-litigation cases from initial intake through settlement.

Analyze liability, damages, and medical treatment to develop effective case strategies.

Prepare, review, and revise demand packages, settlement proposals, and other case-related documents.

Negotiate bodily injury and property damage claims with insurance adjusters to maximize settlements.

Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the life of the case.

Review medical records, billing statements, liens, and supporting evidence to accurately assess damages.

Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and legal support staff to ensure cases move efficiently.

Track case milestones, settlement activity, and overall file progression to meet departmental goals.

Evaluate files for litigation potential and coordinate a smooth transition to the litigation team when appropriate.

Maintain accurate, organized case files and documentation within the firm's case management system.

Deliver exceptional client service while balancing deadlines, priorities, and a fast-paced workload.

Stay current on firm procedures and best practices to ensure efficient and compliant case handling.
Qualifications:-
Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Minimum of 2 years of experience handling personal injury matters, preferably in pre-litigation.

Proven experience negotiating bodily injury claims and working with insurance carriers.

Strong case analysis, negotiation, and settlement skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines.
