Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other construction management software
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately assess project requirements and scope
- Manage project timelines by monitoring progress, adjusting schedules as needed, and ensuring timely completion of milestones
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained
- Prepare and review construction estimates, change orders, and cost control reports to stay within budget
- Utilize Civil 3D for site layout planning and ensure compliance with design specifications
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong background in project coordination on heavy civil or commercial projects
- Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, ProCore, and other construction management software
- Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, and understanding contracts in a construction setting
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and tools like HeavyBid or similar programs
- Solid understanding of construction site operations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes
- Experience with civil engineering software such as Civil 3D is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
