Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, project scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of electrical projects, including planning, execution, and close-out.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with estimators and engineers.
- Coordinate and supervise field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, electrical codes, and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues as they arise.
- Oversee procurement of materials, tools, and equipment needed for each phase.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure alignment with project plans.
- Review and approve change orders, invoices, and project documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and project partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing commercial and/or industrial electrical projects.
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred (or equivalent knowledge).
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA safety standards, and local regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and construction documentation.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required).

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
