Helping Hands for Children is a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services in Miami-Dade County. Our focus is to support our clients and their families through intensive, comprehensive interventions that help improve functioning at home, school, and in the community. We provide services across the lifespan for clients with diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Conduct disorder, among others. Our staff works hand in hand with other professionals in the best interest of our clients.

We are looking for an experienced English-speaking Registered Behavior Technician certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Urgently hiring in the following zip code (During school hours): 33175, 33176, 33177, 33189, 33030 & 33032.
Requirements:
*High School Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field recognized by the state of FL
* RBT certification by the BACB
* Medicaid provider ID in good standing
*MDC School Badge
* CAQH number and completed application
* At least 2 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis or Mental Health
* Work ethics and integrity
* Follows BACB code of ethics and federal/state laws
* Spoken and written English is a must (Spanish is useful)
* Able to use computer software for documentation and data collection (ABA Matrix)
* Reliable transportation
* Receptive to feedback
* All training and in-services required by AHCA, Medicaid, or as required by the agency
* Must be able to provide evidence of physical (medical) and substance (drug) evaluation for work, and negative PPD skin test or other.
*This position requires a Level 2 background screening as required by Florida law, which includes fingerprinting through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
