We are looking for talented, outgoing, and driven full time Call Center Agents to join our team! Duties:
- Analyze preliminary data to schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition for follow-up discussions.
- Conduct warm and outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Coordinate sales appointments between customers and energy consultants by way of outbound and inbound dialing.
- Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the value of our offerings and address client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales call centers with high-volume calls.
- Familiarity with warm calling techniques and the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive dialogue.
- Experience using CRM software or similar tools to track leads and manage appointments is preferred.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with little supervision needed.
- A background in customer service is advantageous, as it enhances the ability to connect with potential clients.
