EthosEnergy is seeking an Auxiliary Plant Operator for our 750 MW combined-cycle gas turbine facility in Leesburg, Virginia. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain advanced plant equipment, solve hands-on technical challenges, and help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. We are looking for multi-skilled professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to build their expertise through comprehensive training.
The approved starting salary range is $90,000–$105,000 per year, based on experience and skillset. Candidates must have at least 1 to 3 years of experience at a combined-cycle power plant and be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, overtime, callouts, outages, weekends, and holidays. U.S. citizenship is required; sponsorship is not available.
