Team Member (Construction)

About the Role
As a Team Member, you'll support the successful completion of construction projects by performing assigned work safely, efficiently, and with a commitment to quality. You'll work alongside experienced Team Leads and fellow crew members while helping deliver projects that meet Boyd Engineering's high standards for safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Perform assigned construction tasks safely and efficiently.
- Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Operate and care for assigned tools and equipment.
- Follow all company safety policies and use required PPE.
- Participate in daily safety meetings and identify unsafe conditions.
- Support crew productivity and project goals.
- Work collaboratively with Team Leads and fellow crew members.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct on every job site.
- Participate in training opportunities and continually develop your skills.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Overtime available as needed
- Monday–Friday (project schedules may vary)
Work Location
Projects throughout a 60 mile radius from Spanish Fort, AL. Travel may be required depending on project assignments.
