Work Schedule:
Full Time: Monday - Friday
Pay and Schedule: Bi Monthly Pay. Paid Time off available after 120 days Regular opportunities for advancement and bonuses Job Summary: Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance for related computer systems. Respond to trouble tickets submitted via email or phone, schedule preventative maintenance, work with clients to provide technical solutions for various problems.
Responsibilities: Track all trouble tickets Document resolution with well written communication Respond to customer requests in a timely manner while keeping our SLA's. Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software Monitor network nodes, Backup systems, Anti-virus and other relevant systems Knowledge / Experience: Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 Professional, Office 365/Azure and related programs, Microsoft Office 2013, 2016, 2019, Microsoft Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, Microsoft Active Directory, Group policy (are a plus) Microsoft Exchange, File Server, Print Server (are a huge plus).
Other Notes: Must be able to lift at least 50+ pounds Organized with well oral and written communications Professional attitude Self-motivated, must be able to work alone without constant supervision. Business casual attire. Must have reliable transportation (travel to clients will be required at times)
