As our HR Coordinator, you'll be a trusted partner to Human Resources and hiring leaders by supporting a wide variety of HR initiatives, including:

Administer and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Oracle HRIS.
Configure ATS workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend process improvements.

Train hiring managers on recruitment systems, requisition creation, and hiring best practices.

Coordinate interviews and support employee transfers throughout the organization.
Maintain HR compliance by auditing personnel files, I-9 documentation, licenses, certifications, and regulatory records.

Monitor employee licensure, certifications, and required compliance documentation.

Generate monthly and ad hoc HR reports using Excel and HR systems.

Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to improve recruitment workflows and system efficiencies.

Serve as the primary liaison with ATS vendors regarding updates, enhancements, and system maintenance.

Assist with recruitment projects, sourcing initiatives, compliance audits, and other HR programs.

Bachelor's degree

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Two or more years of Human Resources experience

Experience with Oracle HRIS

Experience with Paychex

Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations

Experience training end users on HR systems
