Job Summary Oya Sushi is looking for a reliable and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team. This role supports daily food preparation, sushi station operations, and smooth kitchen service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with sushi and kitchen prep. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization. Work closely with the chef and service team to ensure timely ticket flow. Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines. Support opening, closing, and restocking tasks as needed. Qualifications Prior kitchen or sushi restaurant experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and teamwork. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
