We’re looking for a job coach for our Employment Program at the All Abilities Learning Center, a division of Assure Healthcare Group! We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and compassionate Job Coach to help us build on the foundation of our Pathways to Employment Program.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-12:30pm
Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Job Coach to join our Pathways to Employment team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys one-on-one support, values independence-building, and wants to help individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities succeed in the workplace and beyond. Responsibilities:
- Support clients with job training, resume writing, interview preparation, and on-the-job training using a curriculum that has already been developed!
- Teach members fundamentals of working using an exciting and fun curriculum
- Coach and assist clients each day based on their individual goals
- Help individuals identify their strengths, challenges, and career aspirations
- Create and review daily written goals with clients
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement
- Document coaching sessions and outcomes clearly and on time
- Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and teammates
- Represent the program professionally and build positive relationships with the community, clients, and staff.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a job coach or in a related support role
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Article 9 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Must be 25yrs of age or older (insurance requirement) to transport using our company vehicles

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
