Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Spanish Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join our retail team! In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling transactions. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment, promote services, and ensure smooth store operations. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your cash handling skills, engage with diverse customers, and contribute to a positive check cashing or money transfer experience. Casa de Dinero has 6 different locations in Rogers/Springdale.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in Spanish warmly and assist with their check-cashing needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Accurately process transactions, including cash handling, cashing checks, and international money transfers.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
Qualifications
- Prior cashiering or retail sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers + Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a wider customer base
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods, and work flexible hours as needed including some weekends.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
