Frontline Dental Implant Specialists is looking for an Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of insurance claims, processing claims and collections. The ideal candidate will have experience with insurance, customer service, and collections. This position will report to the Office Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Education/Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required; one to three years related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Customer Service Experience (Required)

Previous experience in dental billing, insurance coordination preferred
Knowledge of insurance claims processing, CPT/ICD coding basics, and billing procedures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
