Customer Service Representative
Growth Path to Assistant Store Manager
Join Our Family at Mobility City of Oklahoma City
At Mobility City of Oklahoma City, we're more than a medical equipment store. We're a family-owned business dedicated to helping seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and people recovering from surgery maintain their independence and quality of life.
We're looking for an exceptional customer service professional who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants more than just another job. This position starts as a Customer Service Representative, but for the right person it offers a clear pathway into an Assistant Store Manager role as you learn our business and grow with our team.
If you've ever wanted an opportunity to prove yourself, take on increasing responsibility, and build a long-term career with a growing company, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing
Every day is a little different. You might be helping a customer find the right mobility solution, coordinating a technician's service call, scheduling a delivery, managing rental equipment, or helping keep our showroom organized and welcoming.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone
- Helping customers with equipment sales, rentals, and service requests
- Scheduling deliveries, repairs, and service appointments
- Managing rental equipment and supporting inventory control
- Maintaining an attractive and organized showroom
- Learning the operational side of the business in preparation for future leadership opportunities
Who Thrives Here?
The people who succeed on our team are not necessarily the ones with the most experience. They're the ones who care about people, take ownership of their work, and enjoy learning new things.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Love helping people and solving problems (creativity is useful!)
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Are outgoing, friendly, and compassionate
- Stay organized and pay attention to details
- Learn quickly and enjoy taking on new responsibilities
- Are comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Can work independently, be a self-starter, and take initiative
- Want to grow professionally and build a career
What Makes This Opportunity Different?
We're a small business, which means your work matters. You'll work directly with ownership, learn how the business operates, and have the opportunity to grow into increasing levels of responsibility.
We're not looking for someone to fill a seat behind a counter. We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our future.
If you're dependable, service-minded, and excited by the idea of growing into a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you.
