Job Description:
This Director of Integration role is needed to provide dedicated leadership for complex strategic transactions, including acquisitions, partnerships, affiliations, and other growth initiatives across the Central Florida Division. The position will ensure integration work is structured, coordinated, and executed across operational, financial, legal, HR, IT, compliance, and clinical stakeholders, reducing execution risk and improving post-close accountability. As transaction volume and complexity continue to grow, this role will create needed capacity, discipline, and ownership to move strategic initiatives from approval through successful implementation.

Supports the Vice President with planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for organizational integration and campus administration initiatives.

Develops and implements integration strategies, governance models, high-level timelines, and approaches for various projects.

Facilitates weekly program meetings and drives integration planning and methodology.

Monitors, reviews, and resolves escalated risks, issues, and decisions related to integration projects.

Presents program status updates to executive leadership periodically.

Leads Day 1 readiness activities with all workstreams and coordinates report-outs across workstreams and leadership.

Manages and escalates major risk issues and decisions as needed.

Prepares and enables Day 1 Command Center operations for new integrations. Builds strong relationships with cross-functional teams to understand key issues and risks.

Provides insights and connections to cross-functional teams to support integration efforts.

Partners with local market leadership to implement change management and communications plans. Surfaces and escalates ad hoc communications and concerns to ensure smooth integration processes.

Education:
Field of Study:
- in Business, Change Management, Communications, Organizational Design or related field
Work Experience:
- 7+ of relevant work experience, demonstrated leadership abilities, strong management skills and success in developing and leading strategic projects with proven results required in one or more of the following: healthcare operations, communications, project management, change management, human resources, management, or related field [Required]
- Experience with integration planning and execution including developing and communicating Day 1 readiness and initiating post-day 1 stabilization [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Change Management Certification (PROSCI) [Preferred]
- Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$146,405.57 - $272,307.13
