Responsibilities Education
• On the job training or an equivalent combination of education and experience in mining practices is required.
Experience
• Experience in the mining/construction industry is preferred with 5 years of work experience in supervision production employees is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Knowledge and understanding of an aggregate, asphalt, cement, or ready-mix plant operation.
• Knowledge and understanding of OSHA and/or MSHA rules and regulations.
Other Requirements
• Must be able to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands.
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
• Must have the ability to maintain satisfactory relationships with customers and the community in the performance of duties.
• Must be able to motivate and reward employees.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and have excellent driving skills.
Hourly Range. The base hourly range for this role is between $40.00 - $44.00 per hour . This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors, including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
