Duties

- Serve meals efficiently while providing excellent customer service to guests and clients
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring timely delivery
- Contribute to food presentation, garnishing, and portion control to enhance visual appeal
- Maintain kitchen organization, stock supplies, and assist with food storage to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide within healthcare or hospitality settings
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
- Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations
- Experience working in fine dining or restaurant environments preferred
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced kitchen or food service environments
- Previous experience in the food industry or culinary roles is highly desirable
