We are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher's Aide to support our 2nd/3rd Grade Split Class at our Christian homeschool learning center. Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher with daily instruction and activities
- Provide individual support to students
- Help maintain a positive, organized, and engaging learning environment
- Assist with classroom preparation, projects, and materials
- Supervise students during transitions, during recess and activities
- Encourage positive behavior and model respect, kindness, and responsibility
- Substitute as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Patient, positive, and nurturing attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students and staff
- Dependable and professional
- Background check required

Other Information:
- Hours: Monday - Thursday; approximately 9:00am-3:45pm. (27 hours per week)
- Start Date: August 10, 2026
