Job Summary
We are looking for some sharks. Solar sales reps who are ready to revive this market; who are tired of door knocking appointments that never sit, never buy, and never call you back. We need people who understand the value we are providing to customers; but more importantly, the value we are providing to our sales team by investing tens of thousands of dollars to put you in the best position to eat. We aren't going door to door offering free energy consultations here. The fish is on the hook and I need 2 people that can reel that trophy in.
Now that being said, it is a two way street here. If you want these things from us, then you have to provide self generated opportunities. The more you provide the more you get. It is actually quite simple. We are targeting clients who are CURRENTLY IN THE BUYING PROCESS. That is value that the lowest redline in history cannot compete with. We are growing rapidly and massively. Our ultimate goal is to be in a new Texas market every quarter; allowing you to expand your geographical sales territory and your total ability for a growing client portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote our solar products and services.
- Utilize technical knowledge to explain product features and benefits effectively to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the company database.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques continuously.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Technical sales experience is highly desirable; familiarity with software related to energy solutions is a plus.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Multilingual or bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they can better serve our diverse customer base.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
