The Manager, Privacy Compliance is responsible for ensuring enterprise data is managed in accordance with established data governance policies, privacy regulations, and ethical data practices. This role serves as a key liaison between business teams, data owners, legal, compliance, and technology stakeholders to protect sensitive information, maintain data quality standards, and support regulatory compliance obligations.
The Privacy Steward supports the establishment and ongoing maintenance of Data Subject Rights (DSR) processes across Operating Units, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant responses to privacy requests. This role also helps establish governance controls, maintain privacy documentation, monitor compliance activities, and drive continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and collaboration across the enterprise.
Data Governance & Stewardship
Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to maintain governance controls for sensitive and regulated data.
Assist in the definition, documentation, and maintenance of critical data elements, business glossaries, and data ownership models.
Privacy Compliance & Data Protection
Support compliance with global privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy requirements.
Data Subject Rights (DSR) Management
Maintain documentation of DSR processes across Operating Units, including process maps, fulfillment teams, key contacts, and systems involved.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Facilitate recurring global forums to enable DSR teams to share challenges, best practices, regulatory updates, and automation opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Coordinate communications between business units, privacy teams, legal counsel, and technology teams.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, Information Security, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Professional certifications in privacy, governance, compliance, or data management preferred, such as:
3-7 years of experience in Data Governance, Privacy, Compliance, Data Management, Information Security, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business, legal, compliance, and technology organizations.

Pay Range:
United States of America: 124,600 USD - 148,200 USD
