As a Patent Agent Lead, you will assist the Chief IP Counsel in the protection of our company's intellectual property rights.
Key Responsibilties:

Draft and prosecute patent applications in accordance with U.S. and foreign patent laws and regulations.
- Assist with patentability searches and provide opinions on patentability and freedom-to-operate matters.
- Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and capture new inventions.
- Provide intellectual property support for commercial contracts.

Requires bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as engineering or computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requires at least 3-5 years related experience.

Prefer experience as a Patent Agent, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications.

Strong understanding of U.S. and foreign patent laws and regulations.
