We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care and support to our residents. In this role, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident health, maintain accurate documentation, and support daily care needs while working closely with CNAs and the care team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
Applicants must hold a current LPN license and have strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. We are looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent care.
