Key Responsibilities:
-
Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders

Prepare beautifully constructed sandwiches/food according to formula and in a timely manner

Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately
-
Use Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill
-
Check products in sandwich unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift
-
Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image
-
Understand and adhere to all quality standards, formulas, and procedures
-
Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards

Perform light paperwork duties as assigned

Complete University of SUBWAY® courses (brief online trainings) as directed
Key Management Responsibilities:

Our management team motivates, coordinates, and oversees the day-to-day operations.

Requires excellent communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of team members.

Computer knowledge desirable.

Maintain and safeguard inventory and money systems

Job Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent
-
Restaurant or food service experience required.

Subway experience preferred but nor required.
