Timeless Construction is hiring a driven Territory Manager to own a market for our Paint & Drywall Division. You'll hunt and close new construction business, build a bench of painting and drywall crews, grow existing builder relationships, and drive every project to our quality and profitability standards. What You'll Do
- Own a territory plan and hit sales, margin, and market-share goals.
- Prospect and win new GC and builder accounts; grow repeat business.
- Build and manage a qualified bench of in house project managers, painting and drywall crews.
- Coordinate estimates, bids, scheduling, and jobsite problem-solving.
- Input, maintain, and oversee daily documentation standards.
- Maintain clearly documented communications in Timeless CRM and deliver accurate forecasts and sales projections.
Skills You Bring
- 3+ years sales or territory-management experience with a proven track record B2B or B2C (B2B preferred).
- 3+ years of paint / drywall sales, management, ownership.
- Self-direction, problem-solving, and drive in a results-measured role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED. Construction/building-products sales a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
