We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Assist with front desk operations as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records using salon software.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty treatments to offer clients innovative options.
- Collaborate with other beauty professionals in the salon to create a cohesive service experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of cosmetology principles, including color theory and hair styling techniques.
- Experience or certification in eyelash extensions is preferred; additional skills in barbering, dermal fillers, or body waxing are a plus.
- Familiarity with med spa services is advantageous for providing comprehensive beauty solutions.
- Proficient in using salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
