Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our logistics team. This is an office-based position that requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working on the warehouse floor as needed to help ensure smooth communication between office and warehouse operations.
Starting Pay is $14.25
Skills and Experience:
Key Responsibilities

Process and enter inbound and outbound customer orders accurately.

Review inventory to verify order fulfillment and shipment status.

Provide customers with timely updates on orders and shipments.

Handle last-minute shipping requests and urgent customer needs.

Follow up on customer orders and respond to inquiries promptly.

Address customer concerns while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

Assist with general administrative and logistics support duties.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service within a logistics, transportation, or warehouse environment.

Working knowledge of SAP.

Experience using FedEx and UPS shipping portals.

Familiarity with order routing and shipment scheduling.

Experience creating Bills of Lading (BOLs).

Understanding of warehouse, shipping, and logistics operations.

Strong computer, data entry, and multitasking skills.
-
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
