Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced High End Residential Cabinet Engineer to join our team remotely. This role is vital in supporting our project managers through the creation of precise millwork shop drawings and comprehensive documentation to ensure efficient manufacturing and installation.
Key Responsibilities
· Shop Drawings: Create detailed, accurate shop drawings incorporating installation specs, materials, fixtures, hardware, and coordination with other trades.
· Design Coordination: Work Closely with project managers and production managers
· Project Support: Assist with submittals, material takeoffs, schedules, purchase orders, and change orders.
· Best Practices Development: Collaborate with field and office teams to document installation standards and develop illustrated guides for internal use.---Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience producing High end cabinetry shop drawings
· Proficiency in AutoCAD Preferred
· Proficiency in Cabinet Vision 2025 (Advanced; 5 years minimum, required)
· Strong understanding of architectural blueprints and construction documentation
· Familiarity with cabinet and door hardware, material takeoffs, and CNC programing
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PDF markup/editing tools
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail, discipline, and problem-solving mindset
· Working knowledge of finish carpentry, cabinet making, and the millwork trade
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
