Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human capital management, employee relations, and strategic planning, with a focus on fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with our mission. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives that support organizational growth and employee development.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee evaluation systems, performance management programs, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous improvement.
- Administer employee benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with employment & labor laws
- Lead change management efforts by developing policies, conducting training sessions, and facilitating organizational transitions smoothly.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, including conflict management and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with affirmative action planning, OSHA standards, and other relevant legal requirements across all HR functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in human resources management
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, workers' compensation procedures, and OSHA standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels and external partners.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Salesforce or ADP for payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Experience in organization design, succession planning, performance management, and training & development programs.
Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
