Whether you just earned your CDL-A or have years behind the wheel, this is a position built around one thing putting serious money in your pocket while keeping you on a lane you can count on.
THE RUN:
- 100% dry van.
- 100% no touch freight.
- You drive, you deliver, you move on.
- No waiting at docks, no loading, no unloading.
COMPENSATION:
- Top 25% of drivers earning $1,800+/week
- Average weekly earnings: $1,400$1,500
- Pay: $0.43$0.71 CPM based on experience and sliding pay scale
- Pay increases automatically with mileage and tenure
- Performance bonus: up to $0.08 CPM
- Average 2,7003,000 miles per week
TRAINING PROGRAM:
- 3 to 5 week paid training $655/week guaranteed
- One on one mentorship with an experienced driver
- OTR and regional routes during training
- Transition to solo driving upon completion

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CDL-A
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- New graduates welcome minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school
- Experienced drivers minimum 6 months OTR experience
- No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months
- No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
- Must pass DOT physical and drug test
- Must reside in Oregon
