Job Description
- Perform general, preventive and emergency maintenance
- Take out garbage, maintain pool with proper PH and Chlorine levels
- scheduling and planning skills in order to perform multiple projects
- Seek and suggest cost-saving strategies
- Ensure all company equipment, material, structure, and furnishings are repaired and maintained in a timely manner
- Complete projects ad directed (including but not limited to: painting, drywall patching, general carpentry, and general plumbing).
- Assure grounds and landscaping are clean and "guest ready"
- Must be able to pull/push/lift up to 40 pounds on a consistent basis
- Must be able to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed including weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50-19.50 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Programmable Logic Controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
