Job Description:
We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to handle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This is a hands-on role that requires strong troubleshooting skills, solid technical knowledge, and a commitment to doing the job right. You’ll work directly with customers, solve problems in the field, and help keep our projects running smoothly.
Requirements:
- 2 years HVAC experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini splits, and related systems
- Located within commuting distance of Portland, MI
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Duties:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups
- Ensure compliance with residential and light commercial HVAC codes
- Educate customers on system usage, maintenance, and recommended repairs
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity on the job
