We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in Dialysis to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Position- RN Dialysis
Location - Chicago, IL
Shift - Evening 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM
Hours - 4x10 = 40 Hours a week.
Duration - 13 weeks
Local Pay Rate is $54/hr. on W2
Travel rate: $2645/week

Responsibilities
- Administer dialysis treatments accurately and safely, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, following established protocols and patient care plans.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, fluid balance, and overall condition before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
- Assess patient needs through detailed physical examinations and medical history reviews; document findings thoroughly in electronic health records (EHR systems).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including nephrologists, technicians, and social workers—to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, medication management, infection control practices, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control standards to prevent complications.
- Manage emergency situations effectively by utilizing advanced skills such as airway management, IV infusion administration, and acute pain management.
