About Texas Golf Social
Texas Golf Social is Corinth’s modern indoor golf and social venue, year-round play on pro-grade simulators, leagues and lessons, casual rounds with friends, and private events, all in a relaxed, upbeat environment.
Role Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, tech-savvy bartender to deliver an awesome guest experience while keeping our simulators and space running smoothly. You’ll welcome players, run check-ins and payments, help guests on the sims, support bar/merch sales, and keep the venue clean, safe, and dialed.
What You’ll Do
Guest Experience
- Greet every guest with a warm welcome; manage check-ins, bay assignments, reservations, and payments.
- Give quick, clear how-to intros on simulator use and in-bay etiquette.
- Proactively check on groups; resolve issues and questions fast.
Technical & Simulator Care
- Perform basic troubleshooting (software restarts, sensor resets, calibration checks).
- Monitor equipment health; log and promptly escalate any malfunctions.
Venue & Bar Operations
- Open and close the venue following checklists.
- Keep bays, seating, and common areas spotless and organized throughout the shift.
- Assist with food & beverage service and retail/merch transactions.
Events, Leagues & Upsell
- Support weekly leagues, lessons, birthdays, and corporate events.
- Highlight add-ons (extra time, lessons, merch) when it enhances the guest experience.
Safety & Compliance
- Obtain and maintain TABC certification within 30 days; follow responsible service guidelines.
- Adhere to all venue policies; uphold a safe environment for guests and staff.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- 1+ year in customer service/hospitality or a strong service mindset.
- Comfortable with computers/point-of-sale; quick tech learner.
- Clear communicator with a calm, problem-solving approach.
- Team player who can also self-manage during busy periods.
- 21+ years old; able to obtain TABC certification.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus)
- Experience with golf simulators (TruGolf, TrackMan, Foresight, Uneekor) or basic A/V.
- Interest in golf (not required!) or in hosting recreational leagues/events.
- Texas Food Handler certification.
Physical Requirements
- Stand/walk for most of a shift; bend/stoop to tidy bays.
- Safely lift/move up to ~30–40 lbs on occasion (moving balls, boxes, small equipment).
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time to start; potential for additional hours based on performance and business needs.
- Evening and weekend availability required; some holidays during peak seasons.
- Competitive hourly compensation (discussed during interviews). Tips/commission eligibility if applicable to shift duties.

Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
