Position: HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman
Compensation: $40-55 hourly (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise sheet metal crews on assigned HVAC projects from layout through completion
- Coordinate fabrication needs with the in-house shop and manage material deliveries to keep crews productive
- Track crew productivity, manpower needs, and progress against schedule; report to the project manager/superintendent
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications; perform field layout
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Adhere to all company and OSHA safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and able to run a crew, hold a schedule, and communicate with PMs and other trades
- Valid Driver's License.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
