The Role
CDP is searching for an experienced database and .NET Developer to help contribute to our world-class public health data analytics solution. On a collaborative software development team, you will design and develop software modifications for web-based health care systems, making sure each deliverable meets business requirements and CDP’s quality goals. Most of our projects employ agile development methodologies, creating a flexible, fun team environment where you can keep learning and growing your craft.
What You’ll Do
Design & Development
-
Participate in development planning meetings and design software modifications.

Implement code changes and test software changes alongside developers, QA engineers, and technical writers.

Analyze, design, develop, and maintain web-based, data-driven applications.

Develop custom software solutions that meet the requirements of end users.
Maintenance & Integration
-
Maintain and support existing application systems.
-
Integrate third-party software applications.

Minimum Qualifications
-
5+ years of development experience with a strong background in C#.
-
Experience designing single-page web applications with the Angular framework.

Experience designing and maintaining REST web APIs.
-
Experience designing software that adheres to SOLID principles.
-
5+ years of experience with SQL Server.
Nice to Have
-
Experience with SyncFusion, Breeze, and CouchDB.

Experience working in an agile team environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and clearly explain technical information

Detail-oriented, producing efficient, clean, and well-commented code

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Self-directed, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities while following team leadership
Compensation & Benefits
This position may be filled as either a full-time employee or contractor. For full-time employees, the anticipated salary range is $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and employment arrangement.
