You will be the Senior Program Manager for Mission Systems International (MSI). Our team is responsible for managing international acquisition, sustainment contracts, and offset projects from capture to sustainment, for the Rotary Wing Sensors MTADS/PNVS and Fire Control Radar programs, within the Sensors & Global Sustainment Line of Business.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple contracts, and developing program management plans to drive success. You will coordinate proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and execution, and assess project issues to develop resolutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing FMS and DCS international acquisition, sustainment contracts, and offset projects, directing all phases of programs from inception through completion

Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of sustainment contracts

Coordinating proposal preparation, participating in contract negotiations, and execution

Acts as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with the customer

Developing and maintaining program management plans and processes

Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules

Assessing project issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals
