Primrose is looking for an Campus Director to oversee the operations of school in Lake Dallas area, in accordance with its vision, mission, policies and procedures and state licensing standards. Role will manage strategic planning, enrollment, staffing, compliance, customer relationships, and school culture to deliver Primrose’s Balanced Learning curriculum.

Qualifications:
- Must meet the director requirements of local child care regulatory agency and Primrose training requirements.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or business related field, and /or at least five years' work experience in a licensed child care facility required.
- Experience in managing multiple preschools is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.
Responsibilities:
- Implements the necessary management responsibilities to ensure maximum enrollment and effective cost control to produce profit.
- Knowledge of and adheres to employment laws and compliance issues related to those laws.
- Selects, hires, orientates, trains, and evaluates all staff in accordance with Primrose Schools and state licensing requirements and policies and procedures.
- Leading the school’s daily operations and strategic direction
- Attend all school events, functions, open houses, etc.
- Keep school physically well kept, attractive, and safe.
- Have all playgrounds and equipment checked on a regular basis for repairs and/or maintenance.
- Ability to perform all of the essential functions for each position in the School, including, but not limited to, other Leadership Team positions, teacher, Food Service Teacher, and Bus Driver.
- Monitoring quality via assessments and continuous improvement initiatives
- Fostering a supportive and safe environment for children, staff, and families
