American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Outpatient Surgery position at a pediatric specialty facility, requiring endocrine experience and Epic proficiency on a Monday–Friday day schedule.

Outpatient Surgery unit within a pediatric specialty clinic setting
-
Pediatric patient population with a focus on endocrine cases
-
Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)

No weekend or on-call requirements
-
Epic EMR — experience required
-
13-week contract
-
Active RN license — NC state license or Compact license currently in hand

Current BLS certification in hand

Endocrine nursing experience is required

Minimum 1 year of RN experience required; 2 years highly preferred

Epic EMR experience required

One supervisory professional reference from within the last year required for consideration

Full SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Provide outpatient surgical nursing care to pediatric patients with endocrine-related conditions

Orientation sessions are held bi-weekly
-
Royal blue scrubs required

Flu vaccine required seasonally (October 31 – March 31); no exemptions accepted

Local candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are accepted at a reduced pay rate
