Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting is essential.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices, including special education strategies.
- Classroom management skills with the ability to create an engaging learning atmosphere.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their growth in a nurturing environment.
